Leslie is a graduate of the Eller Collage of Business Management at the University of Arizona, with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Her experience in the Business school gave her an overall learning of business practices with a focus on Marketing. Prior to working at Dorado Designs she was an Operations Coordinator for a large national builder in Tucson. Her position was located in the Home Gallery where she worked with the designers, subcontractors and vendors. This experience taught her a lot about the construction industry. She is well organized and efficient. As well as being the General Manager for Dorado Designs, she also does the Advertising and is in charge of Human Resources. She is great with multi-tasking and getting things done efficiently and effectively.
